Breast Cancer Awareness Shirts

30 Oct

As Breast Cancer Awareness month draws to a close, I wanted to spotlight some of the orders we worked on this month.

One of the orders we did was for a large group participating in a Breast Cancer Walk in Brooklyn. They ordered both adult and youth shirts. They looked sharp and had a wonderful time at the walk.

Another order I want to highlight are shirts (below) designed by a student at the University of Delaware. The shirts were created as a fundraiser and raised over $800 that went directly to breast cancer research.

If you are looking for some last minute costume ideas, check out this Pinterest board where we have compiled some of our favorite Halloween t-shirts. If you are looking for something custom-made, give us a call. Our production time will be between two and six days, so there is still time.

On Pins & Promo Cups: this weekend is the Fair Hill International

17 Oct

This weekend is the 25th Annual Fair Hill International and the Festival in the Country at Fair Hill Stables and Fairgrounds in Cecil County, Maryland.  The Fair Hill International is a series of world-class riding and driving competitions.  Meanwhile, the Festival in the Country is a celebration of life in Eastern Maryland, featuring Chesapeake Bay area food and drink, dog agility competitions, Chincoteague pony drill team, live music, miniature horse demonstrations, educational exhibits, classic cars, a trade fair filled with shopping opportunities, and more. These huge events bring thousands of people to the area.

The folks who run the Fair Hill International are duly ecstatic that the event is in its 25th year.  They came to us about a month ago to get a few items made to celebrate this milestone. The first items we worked on were these pins:

We made two styles of pins. The first is a gold soft enamel pin, an inch and a half in diameter, made especially for the owners. This pin showcases this year’s new main sponsor, the Dutta Corp.  The second is a silver photo etched pin marking the silver anniversary of the event. It is an inch and a half wide and features the anniversary logo.

The silver theme carried over from the pins to stadium cups another Fair Hill International organizer requested. The light gray cup, seen below, is printed on both sides and features the Dutta Corp logo and the 25th anniversary logo in black and yellow. I believe the cups will be distributed in one of the sponsors’ tents.
